T minus 1 day

Race day tomorrow! Rumor has it it's going to be balls!

I didn't run Thursday. Long day...

Goals for tomorrow:

1) Cross the finish line in less than 40 minutes, no vomiting.
2) Cross in less than 37 minutes, no vomiting.
3) Beat last time (35 something), make it through the shoot this time before vomiting.

I'm not well practiced right now, so we'll see how it goes! Wish me luck!

I am sure you'll do great and even exceed your goals. I am routing for you all the way, so get im. Run like you've never run before. Be careful though. make sure you keep us all posted on well you did.
